Microdyne NE2000 series and compatibles

This UnixWare release supports these NE2000-compatible adapters:

• Microdyne NE2000 series adapters

• Eagle NE2000 series adapters

• IBM LAN Adapter for Ethernet (NE2000 compatible)

• Novell NE2000 series adapters

• NSC NE2000plus InfoMover adapter

To complete configuration for these adapters, the Network Configuration Manager prompts you for:

• I/O base address

• Interrupt vectors

• After using the Network Configuration Manager to configure the driver, it may be necessary to set jumpers on the board or run a setup utility to configure the adapter. See your network hardware documentation for more information.

• When you run the setup utility for the NSC NE2000plus InfoMover adapter, ensure that Transport Mode is set to ``Programmed I/O''.
