NAME
dthelp_htag1 - first pass for loose (shorthand) parse of
HelpTag source
DESCRIPTION
The dthelp_htag1 executable is invoked by dthelptag(1) as
the first pass of translating the shorthand version of Help-
Tag markup into SDL.
