Managing Hot Plugable controllers

The Hot Plug Manager interface

Use the Hot Plug Manager to remove, add or replace a PCI-based controller on a running system. You can start the Hot Plug Manager in any of these ways:


NOTE: You must have root privilege to run the Hot Plug Manager.
