Setting other mail addresses
The ``Other mail addresses for username'' field contains the list
of addresses that are considered to be ``you''. Other mail
addresses may be specified so that all your addresses are included and can
send vacation notices.
To specify other addresses:

Click Add to produce a pop-up
``Add Other Address'' screen.

Enter the address in the text entry field.
Note that an address may not contain a space.

Do one of the following:

Click OK to return to the main
screen.

Click on the Cancel button to discard any changes and
return control to the main screen.
Any newly entered addresses appear on the screen and
a scrollbar appears once more addresses are entered than will fit in the text
entry field.
The Remove button deletes an entry in the ``Other mail
addresses for username'' field.
