The sttydefs command

sttydefs(1M) is an administrative command that maintains the ttydefs file. The ttydefs file contains information about line settings and hunt sequences for the system's TTY ports. The sttydefs command and the ttydefs file together provide the facilities for managing terminal modes and line settings. The sttydefs command:
