Creating menu buttons (VtPushButton)
To fill the menus with menu items (buttons)
VtPushButton is called once for each button.
Notice the parents of the buttons: $pm for the Kill Selected
and Exit buttons, $vm for the Refresh buttons.
These parents were defined in the VtPulldown calls shown
Also notice that:
The trailing right curly brace (}) ends this procedure.
Labels are defined with the -label option.
Callbacks (which we will explore later) are specified
with the -callback option.
Backslashes (\) are used to continue one line over
multiple lines, as in shell programming.
