df_sfs(1M)

df_sfs -- report free disk space on sfs file systems

Synopsis

df [-F sfs] [generic_options] [-o i] [directory | special]

Description

generic_options are options supported by the generic df command.

df displays the amount of disk space occupied by sfs file systems, the amount of used and available space, and how much of the file system's total capacity has been used.

sfs-specific options

-F sfs
Specifies the sfs-FSType.

NOTE: File system types can be autodetected so in principle this option is no longer required. However, df executes faster if the file system type is specifed rather than having to be autodetected.

-o
Specify sfs file system specific options. The available option is:

i
Report the number of used and free inodes. May not be used with generic_options.

Files

/etc/mnttab
list of file systems currently mounted

Notices

Unlike ufs, sfs does not support the minfree tunable.

The -b and -e options override the -t option [see generic df(1M)].
