halt -- shut down the driver when the system shuts down

Synopsis (not in current SDI)

See halt(D2) for the synopsis of this entry point routine.

Usage

The halt( ) routine is an optional HBA routine that is called during system shutdown. After the halt( ) routine is called, no more calls can be made to the driver.

Version applicability

sdi: 1, 2, 3 HBA drivers with DDI versions prior to version 8.
