mdi_in_mctbl -- multicast table manipulation routine

Description

mdi_in_mctbl( ) returns the index for the multicast table entry for the given MAC address.

This function depends upon the MAC address size being 6 bytes. If the MAC address size for your network media is not 6 bytes, do not use this functions.

This function is not supported in MDI on SVR5 systems.

Return value

mdi_in_mctbl( ) returns the non-negative index in the table if found, -1 otherwise.
