Description
The ISDN_FACILITY.ISDN_CONF message consists of one
M_PROTO(D7str)
message block confirming an optional facilities request. 
The event is identified by the ctlr parameter:
Controller, PLCI, or NCCI, depending on the
facility.  Any error is coded in the info parameter.
Parameters
 - ctlr

Controller, PLCI, or NCCI.

Information status code; see
isdnInfo(D4isdn).
Valid values are:
 
- 
ISDN_INFOCODE00_OK:  request accepted
 
- 
ISDN_INFOCODE20_ESTATE:  message not supported in
current state
 
- 
ISDN_INFOCODE20_EPLCI:  illegal controller, PLCI, or NCCI
 
- 
ISDN_INFOCODE20_EPARAM:  illegal message parameter coding
 
- 
ISDN_INFOCODE30_FACILTY:  facility not supported
