M_SETOPTS, M_PCSETOPTS --
alter characteristics of the Stream head
M_SETOPTS and M_PCSETOPTS
alter some characteristics of the Stream head.
They are generated by any downstream module and are
interpreted by the Stream head.
The data buffer of the message is a
M_STROPTS is ordinary (non-priority);
M_PCSTROPTS is priority.

1, 2, 2mp, 3, 3mp, 4, 4mp, 5, 5mp
Differences between versions
M_SETOPTS is supported in all
DDI and ODDI versions,
but note differences in the
structure and supported options.
