What to do when connections seem to hang

At times cu requests seem to take a very long time. While you are waiting for a cu request to complete, consider the following:

Given this, you could easily see five minutes go by before a cu request reports an error. If this occurs, you can use the connection server in debug mode so you can see where the timeouts are going and why it is taking so long. See ``Using the connection server in debug mode'' for more information.

Using cu -v can also provide an indication of what is happening.
